Figure Out Your Skin Tone
One of the best pieces of advice any woman can have regarding her beauty regime is that she needs to figure out what her skin tone is. This then allows her to choose the right color when it comes to makeup. Most people have a warm or cool skin tone, but a few individuals are a combination. To figure out which one you are, you need to stand in bright light and look at your veins. If they look blue, then you have a cool skin tone. Those of you with a warm skin tone will appear to have green veins.
Always Moisturize
It’s also a good idea to advise your daughter to always moisturize. In fact, she needs to ideally start as soon as she enters her late teens. This will help to keep her skin hydrated and supple, which will help when it comes to applying makeup. If she is prone to acne and breakouts, it will be best for her to find a moisturizing cream that isn’t oil-based.
Don’t Forget About Serums
Many women often overlook using serums as they think that they don’t play a major role in their skincare routine. Some women think you need to wait until you start developing wrinkles to use anti-aging products. That’s not the case, though. In fact, the sooner your daughter starts using anti-aging creams, then the longer she will put wrinkles off from developing!

Mediterranean Gourmet Harissa Sauce – A blend of red chili peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin. It’s thick and looks more like a salsa. You can use it to liven up a grain dish like quinoa or couscous. You can also use it in stews, soups, or a flavorful condiment.
Mustaphas Mediterranian Preserved Lemon Confit – Mustapha’s Mediterranean uses Beldi lemons, which have been the preferred lemon of choice in Morocco for hundreds of years. At first, I thought it was a lemon preserve, but it’s not sweet like a preserve, it has more tang.
Mediterranean Gourmet Ras-el-hanout blend – A traditional Moroccan spice blend consisting of cardamom, cinnamon, clove, cumin, nutmeg, and more. It can be used as a meat rub, a flavoring for rice and couscous, or added to anything that calls for a little kick.
Sultan Sardines in Oil – Morocco is the largest exporter of canned sardines in the world. They go well on sandwiches or couscous. But I think I might pass on these..not a huge sea food fan anyways.
Villa Jerada Kefta Rub – A traditional Moroccan spice blend that includes cumin, paprika, morita pepper, mint, coriander, cilantro and cinnamon.
Dip and Scoop Culinary Argan Oil – This is a culinary Argan oil with so many uses… from dipping bread to grilling veggies, to topping off fish dishes or pouring in soup.
While the sardines probably won’t get touched, the others will be used quite a bit! I love trying out new spices, oils and rubs.
