For years now, I just haven’t quite felt myself. I just blamed it on having kids and just being plain exhausted. But after the hubby had two years of health issues, and I gained about 20 lbs and was almost at that 200lb mark, I decided it was time to see the dr. and talk about what was going on. While I had something simple (my thyroid) on my mind and figured it be a simple fix…taking a pill daily doesn’t sound that bad..I already take a multi-vit every day.
Well, it ended up being so much more than that. So because we all know…wellness starts from the inside out. Things like stress and busy schedules are unavoidable occurrences in our everyday lives and might take a toll on our wellness. I decided to make a change, & I started with Nature Made vitamins. Day 2! Queen of Hearts Bounding Day plus we were traveling to new worlds in both of todays panels…We started our second day with my favorite panel of the whole expo…I know, theres a lot that it beat out!
Worlds, Galaxies, and Universes: Live Action at The Walt Disney Studios panel was absolutely A-MAZ-ING!! There really is too much to share here…but 5 words…Harrison Ford & Johnny Depp!! Okay, we heard about some amazing releases including Star Wars: Rouge One, Pete’s Dragon, Captain America and many more!
After about passing out from all the excitement, we were able to relax and walk the showroom floor again and enjoy more of the booths and costumes we didn’t get to enjoy the day before.
In our next panel we would be traveling into the world of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts panel. Exciting news for Disneyland, Disneyworld & Disneylands around the world! New Toy Story Land, Star Wars Land, Avatar Land ( Pandora ) and much more! No set dates, but I’ll be sure to share when we hear about an opening date.
After so much excitement and amazing announcements we were treated to a CINDERELLA “Ambassadors of Kindness” dinner at Carthay Circle Restaurant to celebrate the release of CINDERELLA on Blu-ray and Digital HD 9/15
After dinner since we were already in Disney’s California Adventure Park, we headed over to Cars Land the racers! Such a fun ride!! Worth the wait! If you don’t have kids with you I suggest going through the single riders line, went much faster.
After that ride it was time for the WORLD OF COLOR – CELEBRATE! water show at Paradise Pier. This was a spectacular show!
After the World of Colors show, the California Adventure Park closes, so we headed back over to Disneyland and did a little shopping. I LOVE the Town Square, I’ve always dreamed of shopping and hanging out there..I even had a scale play toy when I was little! There I found plenty of Disney souvenirs, it was sooo hard to choose what I wanted to take back. Being that I couldn’t take too much or anything big I stayed small and got a Disney Diamond Celebration Mug, Alex and Ani Disneyland Resort Forever Bracelet, Star Wars 3D metal Millennium Falcon model kit & two Buzz Lightyear light spinners.

This event was part of an all expenses paid press trip to Anaheim for the #D23Expo, all experiences and opinions are 100% my own.

Every year we go to a theme park for my husband’s company picnic and I have several mini heart attacks trying to make sure everyone is accounted for…There has been instances where I’ve been in a blind panic because I couldn’t see one of my kids..which everytime they are right behind me, or with another adult in my group. It makes you realize how easy it is and that it CAN happen to YOU! Thank goodness there are precautions you can take now like the ELPH child safety I.D. band, that makes it easier to “relax” a little when in large crowds with the kids.
What is ELPH? It stands for Easy Lookup to Phone Home. It’s a simple way to place a form of identification on your child in case they get lost or separated from you. So no, it’s not just for theme parks..think about the mall, or even playground where your child might wonder away when you blink. What if they are too young or scared to spout out their name and number. Wouldn’t it be nice to know they’re wearing a for of identification?
The ELPH is a simple to use, ultra-durable, hypoallergenic, waterproof, non-toxic flexible silicone band that your child wears on his/her wrist. It looks like any other silicone band, but it holds that important information in case they get separated from you. It is highly visible form of ID, yet it doesn’t display any sensitive information.
