On a recent trip to Jamaica, I couldn’t help but fall in love with the simple Mimosa with breakfast…who doesn’t want to start their day with some champagne & OJ? With summer & Mother’s Day approaching I thought I would put my own twist on the traditional Mimosa!
This Mimosa is made with pineapple juice, raspberry rum, Prosecco Sgajo wine & dash of grenadine. Perfect for starting your day with a taste of the tropics.
- 3 oz wine (chilled)
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice (chilled)
- 1 1/2 oz raspberry rum (chilled)
- dash of grenadine
- fill flute half full with wine (usually about 3-4oz)
- add in pineapple juice & raspberry rum
- add dash of grenadine
