Of course, sometimes thinking so deeply is not attractive nor desirable. We can’t worry about the entire history of a company when purchasing a quick drink from a convenience store. However, for the larger, or more sustained purchases, or when considering industries that matter to us, we can decide to implement a more comprehensive set of purchasing filters that help our money do some good.
Supporting the industries you enjoy is one thing, but supporting new norms within said industry can be even more appropriate. There are many means by which you may like to do this, and we believe some of the following advice can prove useful.
Support Consumer-Friendly Practices
Supporting consumer-friendly practices can help you identify yourself as what you are – valuable. Sure, corporations are often beholden to shareholders who aim to squeeze as much profit out of operations as possible, but that shouldn’t mean you feel dismissive of every single enterprise out there. There are firms committed to real good in the industry, be that in going above and beyond for their supporters to following up on ethical practices, such as reducing their impact on the environment and correctly contributing to social issues (not solely for marketing purposes). Supporting the change you wish to see can be important.
Support Legitimate Industries
Supporting legitimate industries is a worthwhile means of having your dollar mean something. For example, understanding how complex and important fashion intellectual property efforts can be in order to dispel counterfeits and prevent copyright infringements, you may find that saving up to purchase a genuine item is much more of a positive stance in the industry than purchasing fake items. This is especially true in smaller business communities such as your local businesses or perhaps even artistic ventures such as the local short film circuit. Your money has power, and it’s important to remember that.
Make Your Voice Heard
Make your voice heard if something is important to you. Post on social media, reply to feedback forms, take the surveys of businesses you support, and contact support if you have a problem. Call for standards that you care about. If boycotting, let the company know why and how you have made this decision. Congratulate and celebrate firms taking positive and ethical steps forward, setting new standards and taking the risk while doing so (they could often use your vocal support). You have more power in how you express yourself than you may think.
With this advice, we hope you can support important standards via ethical consuming measures.

Little Man was so excited when he saw the InnoTab MAX…”I get my own iPad!” is what he screached…after discussing that not all tablets were iPads we moved on to the super quick set up..connected it to the internet and downloaded a few games we were set to play!
The first thing I noticed was built in cover & handle…that’s great for little hands. It makes it easy to carry around. the cover can flip around to a stand feature which is great for table or floor play.
After a super quick set up and some game downloading we were ready to play! There is so many things to do with the InnoTab Max. Each activity includes a recommend age and grade range. Which was really nice. I like that they offer over 650+ cartridges and possible downloads so you know you will be able to find something to match your child’s needs.
The activities starts at around age 2 and goes all the way up to 9. You can have up to 4 kids profiles, so I can add my 18 month old at some point and his stuff will be completely separate from his brothers. With 8 GB of storage, that can be expanded, there is more than enough room for all of the apps that he has on his wish list.
The camera takes great pictures and has a fun video feature to expand their creativity. The Art Studio is another great app that he loves to explore. With eBooks, Games, and Creative Apps this is a great tablet for kids to grow and learn with!
