Today Facebook is excited to announce that they’re rolling out 360-degree videos in News Feed. There are a number of publishers sharing new 360 videos on Facebook today, including Star Wars, Discovery, GoPro, LeBron James & Uninterrupted, NBC’s SaturdayNight Live, and Vice. This means publishers can now upload 360 video to Facebook and starting today, people around the world will be able to discover and experience 360 videos in News Feed. Disney and Lucasfilm are proud to debut an exclusive 360 experience from the upcoming movie STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS that brings fans inside the beloved universe.

The next adventure in the Anthology series of Star Wars films will be directed by Christopher Miller and Phil Lord, whose credits include the critically acclaimed The LEGO Movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, 21 Jump Street and 22 Jump Street. Among the most sought-after filmmakers working today, the two have proven a formidable duo in film and television and are looking forward to applying their unique sensibilities to the Star Wars Universe.
“This is the first film we’ve worked on that seems like a good idea to begin with. We promise to take risks, to give the audience a fresh experience, and we pledge ourselves to be faithful stewards of these characters who mean so much to us. This is a dream come true for us. And not the kind of dream where you’re late for work and all your clothes are made of pudding, but the kind of dream where you get to make a film with some of the greatest characters ever, in a film franchise you’ve loved since before you can remember having dreams at all” said Miller and Lord.
The screenplay is written by Lawrence Kasdan and Jon Kasdan. The Han Solo Anthology Film story focuses on how young Han Solo became the smuggler, thief, and scoundrel whom Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi first encountered in the cantina at Mos Eisley.
Lawrence Kasdan, the writer and director known for Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Big Chill and Grand Canyon, is familiar to Star Wars fans for having co-written the screenplays for The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, and The Force Awakens. His son Jon Kasdan wrote and directed The First Time, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and In the Land of Women, as well as writing for the television series Freaks and Geeks and Dawson’s Creek.

My husband and I just love Andrea Bocelli. His tenor voice is just so soothing, he always chooses the perfect talent to accompany him. This is why I was so excited about his new Album Cinema! One thing I love about the CD is that Bocelli recorded his songs in five different languages: Italian, French, Spanish, English and Sicilian. That talent I was talking about…in this album he has partnered with Arianna Grande, Nicole Scherzinger & Veronica Berti.
Bocelli always puts his own spin his songs and this is another one of the things I love about this album! He did this with some of the classic hits from the movies. It’s the same songs we already know and love just done with Bocelli’s magical spin that makes me love it even more.
Cinema features a collection of movie songs etched in the culture and hearts of several generations including epic theme songs featured in films such as “Doctor Zhivago”, “Love Story”, “The Godfather”, “Life is Beautiful”, “Gladiator”, “The Postman”, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and many more, as well as popular songs from stage musicals, immortalised by their film versions, such as “West Side Story” and “Evita.”
My favorite song…even though its so hard to pick a favorite…was the E PIU’ TI PENSO duet with Ariana Grande. It was simply stunning and left me wanting more of them together.
